Nick Peters joined United Neighborhood Houses as Development & Communications Associate in August of 2023. Before that, Nick worked as a Communications Coordinator for Assemblymember Victor M. Pichardo, and then as a Policy & Communications Associate for Housing Rights Initiative. Nick was born and grew up in Philadelphia but has lived in New York City for almost ten years and is a resident of the Bronx. He received his bachelor's degree from Fordham University in 2018. Nick wants to work to make a difference for New Yorkers and cares deeply about housing and support for the homeless.
