Kathleen Klock

Manager of Institutional Giving



Kathleen Klock joined the development team at United Neighborhood Houses in May 2023. In her 20 years working in nonprofit development at various nonprofit organizations in New York City, Kathleen has raised tens of millions of dollars for social justice causes, including voting rights and money in politics reform, LGBT rights, civil legal justice for low-income people, and direct-service youth development for New York City’s public school students. Kathleen is originally from farm country in rural Illinois. Before moving to New York City in 2022, she lived in Asia for five years, teaching English as a second language as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal and as a member of the JET program in Japan. Kathleen has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Illinois and a master of fine arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
