J.T. Falcone is a Senior Policy Analyst at United Neighborhood Houses, where they focus on developing and promoting the organization’s neighborhood affordability portfolio, which considers affordable housing, economic, and workforce development in New York City.
Prior to joining UNH in the spring of 2018, J.T. served as the Senior Associate of Workforce and Economic Development at JobsFirstNYC, where they managed place-based workforce development partnerships like Youth WINS on Staten Island and worked to improve economic development practice in New York by promoting local hire initiatives. In addition, they have held a variety of roles in direct-service workforce development organizations, from Program Analyst to Development Associate.
J.T. moved to the City in 2014 after graduating from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Philosophy. They live in an apartment that does not allow pets, but if it did, they would have a French Bulldog.
