Jennifer Velasquez joined United Neighborhood Houses as the organization’s Development Associate and currently is their Manager of Individual Giving. Working under the Director of Development, Jennifer focuses on raising individual giving funds through the maintenance, cultivation, and solicitation of donors and takes a large role in organizing fundraising events for UNH.

Prior to UNH, Jennifer worked in fundraising departments for The Gateway School, a school for children with language-based learning disabilities and attention deficits, and Friends of Israel Disabled Veterans. Jennifer graduated from The College of Santa Fe with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and has a graduate degree from The New School in International Affairs. She is originally from Los Angeles.
