J.T. Falcone is the Director of Communications at United Neighborhood Houses. J.T. joined UNH in 2018, focusing on developing and promoting the organization’s neighborhood affordability portfolio, which considers affordable housing, economic, and workforce development in New York City.

Prior to joining UNH, J.T. served as the Senior Associate of Workforce and Economic Development at JobsFirstNYC, where they managed place-based workforce development partnerships like Youth WINS on Staten Island and worked to improve economic development practice in New York by promoting local hire initiatives. In addition, they have held a variety of roles in direct-service workforce development organizations, from Program Analyst to Development Associate.

J.T. lives in New Jersey with their wife, Bora, their tabby cat, Tom, and their two hound dogs, Bubbles and Buster.
