Our mission is to strengthen our community in the Northwest Bronx by delivering programs and ensuring access to resources that build bonds, create networks, and promote equity across generational, cultural, racial, and economic lines. Our programs include a pre-school (3K & 4K), after-school enrichment for K-12th grade, a robust teen internship program, summer and vacation camps, community classes, and an older adult telephone reassurance program. In 2021, RNH created the Food & Farm program, made up of an educational garden, community fridge, farmstand, teaching kitchen and monthly food pantry. The program is focused on building food sovereignty and promoting food and environmental justice in the local community.
