Jessica Ziegler

Jessica Ziegler is the Director of Development at UNH. Prior to joining UNH in 2007, Jessica served as the Director of Development and Communications at Housing and Services, Inc. (HSI). She has nine years of experience working in New York City government; prior to joining HSI, she served as the Director of Operations for the NYC Department of Homeless Services. Her previous experience also includes service at the NYC Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for six years, during which she oversaw the City’s budget-related lobbying efforts on behalf of all social service and health/mental health agencies and managed the City’s $2 billion child welfare budget. Prior to that, she created much of the quantitative research that served as the basis for the City’s child welfare reform efforts in the mid-nineties. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
