development of all program activities; as needed, along with other staff and interns, assist participants with daily living skills, such as, feeding, toileting, grooming and transferring; provide individualized support for these tasks based upon the needs of each client and in keeping with each clients plan of care; observe and document participants daily activities; enter data and keep accurate statistics/records as required; generate monthly invoices and learn the Daykare software; oversee the maintenance of a tidy and safe program area, ready for use by program participants; notify the Program Director of any changes, issues or observations with regard to clients and/or caregivers; participate in outreach events in the community; ensure programs compliance with government regulations; handle Para-transit services and needs by coordinating schedules and transport services for all Senior Services programs including interface with the driver.
