Program Manager, Refugee Resettlement/Matching Grant. CAMBAs comprehensive Workforce Development and Refugee Services programs annually provide over 1,800 low income community members with employment, education, training, benefits access, financial literacy and English language services.

Program Coordinator Hamilton Madison House
Reports to: Program Director for Senior Services. Responsibilities: to facilitate client participation and engagement, promote participant strengths and client independence through program activities and social interaction; provide supportive services to participants and takes care of the daily program and administrative operation of the Adult Day Services; work cooperatively with other staff, volunteers and students to assure maximum continuity and quality of the program; assist in the development of all program activities; as needed, along with other staff and interns, assist participants with daily living skills, such as, feeding, toileting, grooming and transferring; provide individualized support for these tasks based upon the needs of each client and in keeping with each clients plan of care; observe and document participants daily activities; enter data and keep accurate statistics/records as required; generate monthly invoices and learn the Daykare software; oversee the maintenance of a tidy and safe program area, ready for use by program participants; notify the Program Director of any changes, issues or observations with regard to clients and/or caregivers; participate in outreach events in the community; ensure programs compliance with government regulations; handle Para-transit services and needs by coordinating schedules and transport services for all Senior Services programs including interface with the driver.
