About the UNH Founders Society

Many of our supporters have made a gift to United Neighborhood Houses (UNH) in their estate plans but haven’t had the opportunity to tell us. If you have included UNH in your estate plan, please let us know. Your special commitment to UNH is an enduring gift to New Yorkers in need, and we would like the opportunity to thank you by including you in The Founders Society.

Membership in UNH’s new Founders Society is open to those who wish to express their commitment to UNH through a very special and important form of financial support.

You will become eligible to join the Society by naming UNH as the ultimate beneficiary of a planned gift. Such gifts might include a bequest in a will or making UNH a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or retirement plan. (Sample language for your will here.)

Once you have completed your estate plans, please fill out this form to let us know. We would like to thank you for your generosity by including you in The Founders Society.

Your membership involves no dues or obligations, but it does allow us to thank you and recognize you for the plans you have made, and it may inspire generosity in others.
