Intro/Program Description: Goddard Riverside Community Center (GRCC) maintains client and program records in-house and on a variety of web-based systems.  Many of these systems also act as portals to report on client status and program outcomes to multiple funding sources and governing bodies.  GRCC has created a wide-ranging Performance Improvement Department to provide oversight and leadership over in-house and online systems the Agency utilizes and the manner in which data is entered, stored and maintained.


Purpose of Position: The Quality Assurance Analyst acts as the lead and Administrator for the various monitoring of in-house and web-based systems used across GRCC programs – ensuring compliance with regulations, data quality of the information entered/maintained; facilitating training and user access; implementing system changes to improve quality and utilization; completing and submitting reports to Agency leadership, funding sources & governing bodies.


Roles, Responsibilities, and Essential Duties

·        Keep informed of all newly promulgated, modified and existing rules, regulations, administrative memoranda, protocols, manuals, etc. and inform Directors and Managers of all regulatory changes. 

·        Assist in Interpreting requirements for and providing support to the Directors of all services provided within with in Goddard Riverside

·        Collaborate with Directors and managers to develop, revise and assist in the implementation of internal management systems, tools and procedures to assess the implementation of policies and procedures designed to meet regulatory and agency standards. 

·        Collaborate with Directors and Managers to assist with the development and/ or revision to policies in response to changes in city, state and federal regulations as well as changes in Agency standards.

·        Collaborate with Directors and Managers to monitor the completion of corrective actions and implementation of all recommendations resulting from special review meetings. 

·        Assist in preparing internal management audit reports on physical plant deficiencies, program deficiencies and other aspects of individual’s quality care, including summarization and analysis of findings. 

·        Act as database administrator for Agency’s web-based systems, including AWARDS, SAGE, SMS

·        Weekly data quality checks for programs utilizing AWARDS

·        Oversee the training and retraining of system users across multiple database applications

·        Oversee program & user requests in AWARDS, MHPD & SMS

·        Coordinate routine program surveys in MHPD,

·        Complete HUD grant maintenance requirements; including renewals, APRs & NOFA submissions


Qualifications/Educational Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Master’s Degree preferred

·        Quantitative & Qualitative analysis skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Excellent presentation skills


Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have/be:

·        Excellent general computer skills, including strong skills in Excel, Power-point and database applications

·        An understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

·        Ability to research New tools, technologies, and testing Processes 


Physical Requirements

·        Frequent computer use

·        Occasional lifting; files & banker boxes


Work Environment

·        Work site is in an office

Salary Information

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
