BronxWorks is hiring 1 PROGRAM AIDE for the Senior Services Department.




                 Input clients’ information daily in required computer data base system.

                 Perform general administrative duties such as making copies, faxing, scanning documents and filing, among others.

                 Must have at least 1 year experience working in Human Service field, specifically working with Seniors

                 Pleasant telephone manner is a plus

                 Complete prescreening of all program applicants to assess for eligibility of services.

                 Perform other duties as assigned by manager.




                 High school diploma or equivalent credentials required

                 A minimum of one year of administrative work experience preferred.

                 Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred

                 Strong oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills are necessary.

                 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.

                 One year experience working in a human service field- specifically working with Seniors is a plus

                 Pleasant telephone manner is also a plus since there will be reception work


Advanced-level professional competency in written and spoken English language is required. Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is mandatory.
