  • Record all meals distributed to students for all meal periods, prepares MIE and submits for billing.
  • Welcomes visitors to the school in conjunction with BSA 1st floor Receptionist.
  • Issues temporary passes for external tutors.
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a professional, courteous manner and messages are triaged appropriately.
  • Assist Administrative Assistant with reception, including mail distribution, copying, correspondence, mass mailings, filing of invoices and updating trackers as needed.
  • Maintain student locker inventory and issue to students as needed.
  • Issue student metro cards and maintain inventory in ATS.
  • Maintain supplies in all coffee stations, set-up conference room for special meetings.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and submit replenishment requests to Administrative Assistant as needed.
  • Receive & distribute incoming supplies orders, all mail  and ensure packing slips are verified
  • Assist in organizing school events, sign-in sheets and/or materials needed for event.
  • Provide coverage within operations department as needed
  • Performs any and all other tasks as assigned by Administrative Assistant and Director of Operations.
  • Participates in Operations team meetings.



  • Certificate in Food Protection Required (or acquire certification on hire)
  • High School diploma or HSE required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1-2 years of clerical experience required
  • Excellent written and oral skills required
  • Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office) required
  • Excellent demonstrated organizational skills
  • High energy and willingness to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

Salary Information

FTE: 40 hrs/Week
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus generous benefits
