GradBag Campaign

Did you know 89% of low-income first-generation students leave college within six years without a degree? The UNH Junior Board once again took up the challenge of helping kids beat the odds through their care package program. To support the program, the Junior Board raises more than $6,000 each year to pay for the contents of the care packages and shipping costs.

Recipients are sent support and encouragement with these packages as they study hard. Thanks to donors, including EmblemHealth, NYU, UPS, Trader Joe's, Aveda, and Clif Bar, the care packages are filled with items like water bottles, pens, gym bags, snacks, USB drives, gift certificates, and more - great for students away from home for the first time.
