Child Care

UNH's advocacy goals in child care are:

  • To expand the availability of affordable, quality, regulated child care to help working parents stay employed, and their children enjoy early learning.
  • To advocate for a seamless citywide early childhood education system in family and center-based child care to assist families in transition from early care to Head Start, Pre-K and primary school.
